John leads the creative vision behind every collection, from the first raw ingredient to the final bottle. His approach is rooted in the belief that a great fragrance isn't designed, it's discovered. He pushes every scent to go further: bolder in character, more precise in composition, and unmistakable in feel.
Malluchi turns ideas into reality. Working across formulation, production, and launch, she ensures that every product that leaves under the John & Co name meets an exacting standard in quality, structure, and experience. If John asks "what if?", Malluchi answers "here's how."
